Unknown who his father is, but his mother was a leopard from the leopard clan. when he was born, (as with his siblings) and discovered to be a lion, they attempted to kill them. They left him intentionally on the border of the rainforest so the lions misfits would be warned not to breed with their kind. The Moon God Lion had been seeking his 'Sunlight Samria' when he happened accross the near death cub. practicing a bit of 'mercy, he endowed the cub with life, and power. he really did this because he felt darkness within the cub that may be utilized in the future.
